See the Christmas gift a thoughtful landlord gave his tenants having job troubles

A very thoughtful landlord presented the best gift to a family, his tenant who he says are having job troubles.

It is very rare to find a Landlord who is concerned about his tenants welfare talk more of presenting a Christmas gift to this family in need.

The Landlord presented a letter to the family who he appreciated for always being current on their rent and is aware they are currently in between jobs. He wanted to the family to have a decent Christmas celebration hence his Christmas gift. The letter reads;

I know you guys have been having trouble being between jobs these past few months and I just wanted to thank you for always being current on the rent. So my gift for you and yours is that I’, waiving your December rent so you can give your family a good and decent Christmas this year. We’ll just pick it back up in January.
