Several people were feared dead in a fatal road accident reportedly orchestrated by some bribe-seeking policemen.

Twenty people were feared killed yesterday after a trailer loaded with farm produce crushed several tricycles at Vinikling bridge (Hayin Gada) in Yola, Adamawa State.
It was gathered that the accident was caused by some police officers who wanted the truck driver to give them money.
At a point, the driver lost control and the truck began to crush all the tricycles in its path.
