Some gunmen in Itagunmodi, Osun State on Monday abducted three Chinese expatriates.
As at the time of the attack, the expatriates were said to be working at a mining site located in the town.
After an orderly who was on duty, was reportedly killed during the attack, there were also reports that as an expatriate who attempted to escape was shot.
Concerning the condition of the expatriate after the gunshot, a reliable source revealed that he was receiving treatment at the OAU Teaching Hospital, Ile Ife.
Osun State Police Commissioner, Abiodun Ige, confirmed the incident.
