    Majority of members of the Nigerian Council of State who are former presidents and heads of state were absent at President Buhari's inauguration for second term today barring the former Head of State, Yakubu Gowon.

    Former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Goodluck Jonathan and former military President Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB) and former Head of State Abdulsalam Abubakar were not seen at the Eagle Square in Abuja.

    It is not clear at the time of filing this report, why all the former heads of state and presidents were absent from the event.
