President Muhammadu Buhari would tomorrow (Friday) launch the 2019 presidential campaign of the ruling the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, the capital city of Akwa Ibom State.
The launch signals the commencement of the APC campaign rallies for next year’s general elections christened ‘The Next Level’.
The APC National Publicity Secretary, Malam Lanre Issa-Onilu said on Thursday that the launch would be attended by the President; Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo; the party’s National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, governors, members of the National Working Committee (NWC) and other prominent leaders of the party, members of the National Assembly and top government officials.
Issa-Onilu said President Buhari would use the occasion to present the scorecard of the administration and its successes on its three cardinal objectives, including security, economy and fight against corruption.
He added that he would outline his vision and programmes for Nigerians for the next four years.
