A man Tajudeen Muhammad was kinnaped while his Nephew Ajayi Oguntade during struggle with the hoodlums, was shot and killed in is house no 15, Fatogun Street, Erin-ile in Kwara State. This was reported to have happened on Thursday March 29 at arround 4pm in the evening.
According to our investigation, the hoodlums attacked Mr Tajudeen Muhammad and kidnnaped him when they couldn’t get hold of his son Tajudeen Tewogbola Afeez. In reacting to the incident the Police Spokesman Ogodo A, affirmed told our sources that thorough investigations is ongoing and they have reasons to believe the attack was related to the dead of one Ahaji Bukola Lawal a business in 2013.
Our source also trow more light that the attack was connected to the Erin-ile/ Offa boarder crises in which the hunted Tajudeen Tewogbola Afeez an NURTW officer was part of the riots. He also noted that the hunted had since flee the vicinity.
Meanwhile the body of Ajayi Oguntade had been deposited at the state morgue while investigation is on going to bring the hoodlums to book and secure the release of the kidnnaped Tajudeen Muhammad.
