The Lagos State Examinations Board has commenced the sale of Screening Test forms for Primary Six (6) Pupils seeking admission into Lagos State Junior Model Colleges and/or Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools with Boarding Facilities in the State.
According to a statement issued and signed by the Director, Examinations Board, Mr. Oluwafemi Hassan, sales of the forms will commence from Monday, 8th January 2018 to Friday, 27th April 2018, while late registration starts from Wednesday, 22nd May to Friday, 14th May 2018.
It, therefore, implored parents and guardians of interested candidates, Headteachers, Proprietors and Proprietresses of schools to contact the Accounts Department of the Lagos State Examinations Board for the payment N10,000 for registration and collection of forms. Late registration, the statement added, would attract an additional fee of N5,000.
While noting that Screening Test is slated to hold on Saturday, 2nd June 2018 at various designated centres across the State, the statement emphasised that successful candidates would be offered admission into any of the sixteen (16) Model Colleges or Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools irrespective of the first or second choice indicated on their forms.
