The commissioner of police Ogun State command CP Iliyasu Ahmed played host to friends and family today as he holds Eid-El Fitri celebration in Abeokuta Ogun State.
The party which interests the colleagues in the agencies in the state, Nigerian Army, Federal Road Safety Commission FRSC,Nigerian Defence Law And Enforcement Agencies NDLEA,Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp and Vigilante Service in the state who honoured the invitation of the people's commissioner,who has extended his hands of fellowship to all nooks and crannies of the state in the best interest of the country irregardless of being a police officer.
CP Iliyasu also extended his sallah message to the good people of Ogun state while urging them to keep on giving the force maximum support as usual in helping the force to curb crime rates in the state during the administration of Senator Ibikunle Amosun, lauding the synergy between the Nigerian Police force and other security agencies by giving immediate alert through the police community service POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMITTEES PCRC which includes all walks of life for the security of lives and properties of the people of Ogun state.
This committees relations has been the brain behind the peacefulness of Ogun State which enables foreign investors to choose as their destination as rapid response squad has been staged all over the boundaries and express ways to ensure adequate securities for everyone .
Meanwhile,The OC Special Anti Robbery Squad SARS, SP Adams Uba who speaks to AmeboFeeds correspondent, expresses gratitude and happiness to the turn up of the sister's security agencies in the as he described it as mark of victory in the sense that there was free rate of crime in the state during the celebration of sallah. Also salute the commissioner of police Iliyasu for inviting other security agencies to a bigger sallah celebration in the midst of the PCRC as he assures the people of Ogun State of provision of adequate security according to the laid down templates of the CP. While speaking with one of the sister's security agencies, Soji Gonzalo, Commander of Vigilante Service of Ogun State which is also the secretary of Police Community Relations Committee PCRC ,he described the celebration as annual party to celebrate the commissioner of police Ogun Iliyasu Ahmed towards his outstanding performance in building working relationship with all the security agencies in the state towards adequate security of lives and properties of people in the best interest of the country.
He also described the moment as best avenue to celebrate with people as other days is known to be a busy one for all the agencies.
According to him the Fulani attack in the country has been politicised and the level is getting higher day by day, advising the Federal government to work on centralised security.
