The device is believed to be a Tomahawk missile warhead, reportedly of U.S. origin, sparking fresh safety concerns in the community. Residents are particularly worried that the unexploded military ordnance could be mistaken for scrap metal and handled unknowingly, putting lives at risk. Officials warned that the warhead contains a powerful 600-pound high-explosive charge.
