The Dapo Abiodun Youth Forum (DAYF) has expressed deep appreciation to the OSA Foundation and its Convener, Hon. Solomon Sunday Olarewaju, for a generous donation of ₦500,000 in support of DAYF Season 6 Youth Empowerment and Grant Scheme.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the DAYF Planning Committee, Aderele Micheal, the Forum noted that the OSA Foundation has remained a dependable pillar of support for youth development in Ogun State, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to the growth, empowerment, and progress of young people across the state and beyond.
According to the group, the ₦500,000 contribution is not just financial support but a reaffirmation of the Foundation’s purposeful leadership and passion for human capital development.
“Hon. Solomon Sunday Olarewaju, through OSA Foundation, has again proven that true leadership is measured by the number of lives touched, transformed, and given renewed hope. This support further strengthens our drive to empower aspiring young entrepreneurs and create opportunities for sustainable growth,” the statement read.
The group highlighted that OSA Foundation’s numerous interventions over the years—ranging from educational support, community outreach, humanitarian initiatives, and skill-based empowerment—have continued to uplift countless youths, inspire confidence, and promote self-reliance.
DAYF noted that such acts of generosity are essential catalysts for societal progress and the building of a more productive youth population, especially in a time when many young Nigerians seek platforms for mentorship and business support.
“The entire youth constituency of Ogun State proudly salutes OSA Foundation for its unwavering benevolence, consistency, and impactful leadership. Together, we are nurturing a stronger, better-equipped, and more empowered generation,” the Forum said.
The DAYF Planning Committee reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that this year’s empowerment scheme reaches deserving beneficiaries and contributes meaningfully to the economic advancement of Ogun youths.
The DAYF Season 6 Youth Empowerment and End-of-the-Year programme is expected to feature skill acquisition grants, start-up support items, mentorship, and recognition awards for outstanding youth achievers.
