The Central Coordinate Movement (CCM), a prominent socio-political group operating across Ogun Central Senatorial District, has extended warm felicitations to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Chief Yemi Sanusi, as he marks his birthday today, November 23, 2025.
The group, which draws its membership from the six local governments in Ogun Central—Abeokuta South, Abeokuta North, Obafemi-Owode, Odeda, Ifo, and Ewekoro—described Chief Sanusi as a pillar of stability and an exemplary figure in the state’s political landscape.
Speaking on behalf of the movement, its chairman, Alhaji Taiwo Elewide, popularly known as Big Champion Akile Egbaland, praised Chief Sanusi for his unwavering commitment to public service and the development of grassroots politics. Elewide noted that Sanusi’s leadership has been marked by dedication, reliability, and effectiveness, qualities that have earned him respect across party lines.
He further commended Chief Sanusi’s role in mentoring emerging politicians, highlighting his openness to guiding young leaders and nurturing their growth within the political space. “Chief Sanusi is not just a leader; he is a mentor whose impact is felt across the state. His contributions continue to shape the future of politics in Ogun,” Elewide added.
