The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) is amused to the purported expulsion of Honourable Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa representing Kiru/ Bebeji Federal Constituency of Kano State and therefore declared the purported expulsion null and void.
Regret to note that an expelled State Chairman, Hashim Sulaiman Dungurawa of Kwankwaso's illegal group had the impetus to pronounce the expulsion of Hon Abdulmumin Jibrin . This is s a joke taken too far!
The National Secretary of New Nigeria People's Party, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday while speaking to Newsmen on the purported expulsion of Abdulmumin made it clear that Dungurawa is standing on nothing to make such a draconic pronouncement.
One begin to ask how can someone who is not a member of NNPP can pronounce the expulsion on a member from the New Nigeria People's Party , Oginni queried.
For the avoidance doubts , the Federal Capital Territory High Court Judgement of the 3rd of April 2025 and Abia state high court have confirmed the expulsion of Senator Rabiu Musa KWANKWASO and others including Dungruwa , therefore he has no locus to take any decision on New Nigeria People's Party NNPP matters talk less of expelling a serving House of Representatives member.
It is obvious that Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who is now a confused politician was the one behind the plot to discredit Hon.Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa after all his efforts to convince the President to yield to his demands before joining APC failed woefully
However, the determination of Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa to take a decision when Kwankwaso is still grandstanding and confused enraged the Kwankwasia group to go for Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin's jugular.
Nevertheless, the National Headquarters of New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) sincerely wish to advise Governor Abba Yusuf to wise up in the length of this internal scrabble in the party to quickly take a Cue from the wisdom of Anambra State politics of interest ahead of 2027 Election after due consultation with the Party leaders and the Founder of New Nigeria People's Party Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam.
The National Secretary of New Nigeria People's Party NNPP, Comrade Oginni Olaposi Sunday also warned that the blind loyalty of the Kano State Governor to Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso who is politically confused should not be allowed to cause NNPP to lose Kano State in the next Election.
"One of the smartest way for Abba Yusuf to win Kano State again successfully is to head to lagos and apologise to the founder and leadership of nnpp " Oginni concluded.
