...Emerald Haven City Offers Land Allocation After 80% Payment

A new real estate project, Emerald Haven, has been unveiled along the Lekki–Epe Expressway by Merit Abode in partnership with Margret Modupe, popularly known as BNS Promotions UK.

Speaking with journalists at the project site, Modupe explained that land allocation would be done once buyers complete 80 percent of payment, while full development can begin after the balance is paid. She noted that Nigerians in the diaspora would not be left out, as they can appoint lawyers or representatives to stand in for them during allocation.

“With Merit Abode, I’m not just a brand ambassador as I was in projects like Asese and Mowe where we recently did key presentations. On this one  Emerald Haven  I am a partner,” she said.

Modupe also disclosed that the estate, which is selling at ₦55 million per plot, comes with discounts for early buyers who subscribe between now and November.

According to her, Emerald Haven  will include facilities such as a nursery and crèche, a supermarket, children’s playground, a medical facility, 24-hour security and power supply. She added that while the land will be allocated to buyers for their personal development, the company also has its own construction projects planned within the estate.

Nollywood actress Modupe Johnson, popularly known as Fali Werepe, also endorsed the project, urging Lagosians and her fans across the country to take advantage of the opportunity. She assured the public that the estate was genuine and backed by credible partners.

Emerald Haven City is one of several new developments springing up along the Lekki–Epe corridor, a fast-growing axis expected to attract more residential and commercial projects in the coming years.
