The National Industrial Court in Abuja has restrained the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and others from cutting crude and gas supply to the Dangote Refinery.
Justice Emmanuel Subilim granted the interim injunction after an ex-parte application filed by the refinery, which argued that the threatened action would cripple operations and disrupt essential services.
The order, which has a seven-day lifespan, is to remain in force pending further hearing on October 13.
PENGASSAN had earlier directed members to halt supply in protest of alleged wrongful dismissals at the refinery, a move that sparked federal government interventions
