The Chairman

Almagamated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association (AMORAN)

Otunba Taofeek Sokoya,

Adatan, Ogun state.

Dear Chairman,

I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my position as a member of the media team at the Almagamated Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association (AMORAN), effective immediately.

This decision has not come easily, but I believe it is necessary for my own well-being and professional integrity. My experience in this organization has been overshadowed by ongoing frustrations, particularly regarding communication and leadership. My attempts to address my concerns directly with you have unfortunately been unsuccessful, and this lack of responsiveness has left me disillusioned with the leadership style displayed.

Furthermore, I feel compelled to express my disappointment in the disparity between the public persona of the Chairman and the real dynamics regarding human relations within the organization. Promoting a leadership style that does not align with the values of integrity and respect contradicts the principles that I stand for.

As of June this year, I have not received any remuneration for my work, which raises significant concerns about the organization's commitment to its members. Therefore, I can no longer associate myself with an organization that does not uphold its promises.

Effective immediately, I will not engage in any media publications related to AMORAN and will consider any such content irrelevant on our platform.

I appreciate the experiences gained during my time with the association and wish my former colleagues the best in their future endeavors.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Solanke Ayomideji Taiwo
