A man identified as Austin has been remanded by A High Court sitting in Effurun, Uvwie LGA of Delta State at the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Okere, for alleged murder of his nephew over properties, he was charged to court by the Delta State Police Command on Tuesday.
Austin was alleged to have murdered his nephew on January 23rd this year over properties his sister, the mother of the victim left behind at death.
Comrade Israel Joe, a human Rights Activist, who took up the case was with the pregnant wife of the deceased in court and insists on justice for the diseased and his dependants.
