IBD Hotels, the flagship of his conglomerate under the supervision of his wife, Omolara Dende has grown in leaps and bounds. And that's not all, IBD Dende Palm Oil Limited, a company that produces and supplies palm oil and palm kernel locally and internationally has taken over the agricultural sector. Not only that, the company has also employed hundreds of people thereby bridging the unemployment gap in the country. In addition, IBD Dende plays big in the auto world. His auto company has developed a reputation for optimum service delivery.

Through his life-changing non-governmental organization, NGO, IBD Dende Foundation, he has touched countless lives across the country.
