Reps member, Olumide Osoba mourns death of APC Chieftain Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin

 



Hon. Olumide Osoba has mourned the death of one of the leaders of All Progressives Congress, APC in Abeokuta North Local Government, Ogun State, Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin.

Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin died today after brief illness at 80.

In a condolence message, personally signed by him and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta Olumide Osoba described Bodunrin 's death as a rude shock.

He said that the deceased was a great politician, a strong party man and an advocate of masses oriented programmes.

According to Olumide Osoba, the deceased, during his lifetime, stood for what is right, always championing policies that will impact positively on the lives of the people of his community.

He added that the deceased during his life  time worked towards ensuring progress in Ogun APC 

“I am saddened by the death of one of our political leaders in Abeokuta North Local, Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin.

''He was a loyal party man and committed democrat, with a deep understanding of the state’s political landscape.

“He was an extremely loyal and great politician, who did his best for our party and an advocate of masses oriented programmes.


“Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin served his people and Ogun State passionately. We prayed God to grant the soul of the beloved Alhaji Fatai Bodunrin eternal rest in paradise and to all who mourn, fortitude to cope with this loss. Amen.

On behalf of my family, and the good people of my federal constituency, accept my sincere commiseration.
