Remo North Assembly: Supreme court dismisses Solomon's suit, upholds Biyi Adeleye as APC candidate

SIR. (HON) ADEBIYI ADEWALE ADELEYE WINS AT THE SUPREME COURT.

The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja today dismissed the Appeal case filed by Solomon Osho against the candidature of Hon. Adeleye of the All Progressives Congress for the Ogun State House of Assembly Representing Remo North State Constituency in the 2023 National Assembly Elections.

The Judges at the Supreme Court unanimously dismissed the Appeal thereby upholding Sir. (Hon) Adebiyi Adeleye as the Candidate of APC.

While reacting to the judgement, Sir. Adeleye described the judgment as an absolute victory for democracy and the good people of Remo North State Constituency.
