... as veteran actor, Dele Odule joins party
A former federal lawmaker and the Peoples Democractic Party guber candidate, Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu led members of the party in Ogun State to the birthday celebration of an astute business tycoon and Akile - Ijebu high chief, Otunba Babatunde Onakoya alias Debasco in Ijebu-Ode, earlier today.
The Peoples Democractic Party entourage to the event included the Deputy Governorship Candidate of the party, Hon. Adekunle Akinlade, Chairman of the Party, Hon. Sikirulahi Ogundele, former Deputy Speaker and Chief-Whip, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Tola Banjo, Hon. Idowu Olowofuja, Chief Executive Officer, Deluxe Homes and Properties, Arc. Dele Olaleye among others.
Meanwhile, at the event, a veteran nollywood actor, Mr. Dele Odule formally joined the party and vow to work for the success of the party. He as well assured the party faithful of his support in promoting the candidates ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The celebrant, Otunba Debasco, who is a staunch loyalist of a former governor of Ogun State as well seized the medium to defect to the PDP alongside his groups in Ogun East and pledge to work for the victory of the party in Ogun East in the 2023.
Senator Lanre Tejuoso, Mr. Jide Taiwo, Hon. Abdulmajeed Ekelojumati, Hon. Alausa were among other dignitaries at the colourful event.
