Ogun Central Senatorial aspirant under the All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Emmanuel Adebola Sofela has assured the people of Obafemi-Owode, Ifo and Ewekoro, Abeokuta South, Abeokuta Notth, Odeda local government areas of a quality representation that would be people-centred.

Sofela, The frontline Senatorial District Aspirant Ogun Central APC made the disclosure when he visited the executives of the three local government to make wide consultation ahead of the forthcoming primary election. 

He said having served companies in Nigeria in various capacities, Banking Industry and Communication Firm to be precise, he has all it takes to deliver quality representation that would improve a lot of the people.

Hon. Sofela promised to prioritize lawmaking that would lead to improved agriculture, said having identified the agricultural potentials of Abeokuta South, Abeokuta North, Obafemi-Owode, Ifo, Odeda and Ewekoro assured that the area would be topmost on his priority list.

Also, he promised laws that would help in bringing to the fore the plight of people living along with the challenges of the Local Governments who are usually affected one way or another, describing the rich potential of the six local government areas as one that must be explored and encouraged.

The APC aspirant urged the people to remain resolute in their support for the APC-led administration, pointing out that he has identified the challenge needed by the areas and would not rest on his oars until he attracts the much-needed democracy dividends.

He promised lawmaking and empowerment for youths and women, insisting that his love for Ogun Central Senatorial District remains unrivalled.

Sofela promised to facilitate water supplies to most affected local government if elected to represent them at the National Assembly, Senate comes 2023, In spite of the huge investment in the water sector by the government and international organisations, he said he is fully awared that water scarcity has grown to become a perennial nightmare for residents of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
