Assembly Election 2023: Elect The Likes of Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun to represent OOLG.

A call has gone to leaders and electorate of Obafemi Owode Local Government to ensure that the likes of Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun, a true son represents them at Ogun state House of Assembly.

The call was made today by Hon. Bisi Oyemade, the Coordinator of TIWAN TIWAN Group while fielding questions from our reporter in Abeokuta.

He said the call became necessary because it's obvious that since Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun, no one has been able to step in the shoes he left behind. "Where are those who represented us after Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun in the political architecture of Ogun state"? Oyemade queried. Most of them are not available, accessible and relevant in mainstream politics of today.

Hon. Bisi Oyemade stated that the era of Rt. Hon.Tunji Egbetokun remains the best in the history of OOLG, adding that most of Egbetokun's landmark achievements are still relevant and speak volume. And as a result of his excellent performance, Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun remains unstoppable in the political landscape of the state. In his words, " Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun is available and accessible to all and sundry".

A review of his era revealed that giant developmental milestones, visible social welfare packages and economic empowerment were recorded.

Hon. Bisi Oyemade boasted that since then, our hero and leader, Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun, has been experiencing political advancement in the state. And this has impacted positively on the lives and progress of OOLG and beyond.

Hon. Bisi Oyemade maintained that Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun was able to perform excellently because he is a true son, hence the saying "no true son urinates on his father's grave".

Hon. Bisi Oyemade used the opportunity to congratulate all local government appointees and advised them to assist and co-operate with the chairman in his efforts at transforming OOLG.

He concluded by saying that TIWAN TIWAN group is ever ready to support efforts aimed at ensuring that the likes of Rt. Hon. Tunji Egbetokun, a true son is elected to represent OOLG in the forthcoming 2023 house of Assembly election.
