The Chairman of WhiteHorse Capital limited, Dr Paul Ndi Oyemike has on behalf of the company rendered unreserved apologies to SSAUTHRIAL Of Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta over incompetence to render services to the union.

He however, requested for a refund of funds received from the union by the company or move ahead in the promises made to deliver the certain services.
