The Gateway State Students' body under the aegis of National Association of Nigerian Students, Ogun Axis; National Association of Ogun State Students, NAOSS National; and the National Association of University Students, NAUS National heartily Congratulates Professor Adewale Musa-Olomu, on his reappointment as the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Federal Medical Centre, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta.

According to the press release jointly signed by Simeon Damilola Kehinde, Chairman NANS, Ogunrombi Gbemileke, NAOSS and Adebowale Abdul-Gafar, NAUS Deputy National President, 
Sequel to the recommendation received by President Muhammadu Buhari, from the State Minister of Health, Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora, about the Diligence, Steadfastness and Dedication the Chief Medical Director (CMD), as made evident by his enormous contributions to the development of the hospital during the first term. 
A reappointment letter was received by Professor Adewale Musa-Olomu for Second term which is set to last for another four years, which is in conformation with the popular saying that ''One good turn, deserves another". Following the confirmation of Prof. Musa Olomu’s reappointment as the Chief Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Idi Aba, Abeokuta, the entire Students Constituency hereby expresses our deepest felicitations on the feat.

Prof. Musa Olomu have displayed enviable leadership capacity and honourable discharge of duties in his previous stint as the head of the medical institution.
We find it expedient to acknowledge the antecedent of optimal service delivery and excellent healthcare legacy initiated and sustained by the Musa Olomu led administration.
We are therefore not surprised by this reappointment as you’ve made empathetic staff relations approach, maximal patients care and prudent resources management your bedrock.

On behalf of the entire Students Sector, we once again echo the appreciation of our students undergoing their housemanship/residency and our medical students under your tutelage. The improved welfare package extended to them have not gone unnoticed.

We seize this medium to implore the efficacious Chief Medical Director (CMD) to sustain his trademark of being industrious, accomodating, proactive, benign and innovative.

With this in place, we are convinced that your second term as the Chief Medical Director will arrogate futher development, prestige, honour and success to both FMC, Abeokuta and the entire healthcare industry in Nigeria.
