The Executive Chairman Obafemi-Owode Local Government, Hon. Ogunsola Adesina, has commiserated with the Ogun State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR over the demise of his biological Father who died yesterday.
Late Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun's demise at 89 was announced on Monday by the Ogun State Government.
Hon. Ogunsola also commiserated with Ikenne Local Government and Ogun State respectively, over the death, saying the prime educationist and ruler died when his wise counsel and peace initiatives not only in his town but across Ogun State were still required.
In a condolence message released today by his Media Office, Ogunsola said:
“I commiserate with the Abiodun Royal Family, the Ikenne Local Government and the people of Ogun State over the demise of Late (Dr.) Emmanuel Abiodun. I also offer my condolences to our Governor, Prince Abiodun MFR that the Almighty Allah will fortify you to bear the loos of your loved Father".
The Council Chairman OOLG, Hon. Ogunsola described Late Emmanuel Abiodun as a man of peace and vast knowledge, he was reputed for his peace initiatives and bridge-building efforts which he had successfully deposited in his Son, His Excellency, Prince Abiodun; Ogun State Governor.
“I wish the soul of our late Father eternal rest. May the Abiodun's family, the people of Ikenne Local Government and indeed all of us find the strengths to continue where he had stopped”, Hon. Ogunsola prayed.
