A stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and popular philanthropist in Ogun State in the person of Mr. Igbalaye Wasiu has stated his renewed commitment to youth and social development in Ogun state.
Hon. Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele (IWA) was recognised by the Ogun Youth Advocate for Social Development ( OGYASD) in recognition of his passionate professional capabilities, charismatic leadership acumen, achievement in the economy, building various youth empowerment programmes and selfless service to humanity.
Speaking while receiving the award for his services to humanity, due diligence, and love for the general well-being of the people, the renowned philanthropist stated that this is just a tip of the iceberg as more is being put in place to ensure that the people continue to benefit from his empowerments programmes.
In his speech, the philanthropist thanked the organisers of the award for deeming it fit to find him worthy of such a noble achievement. He urged the organisers to continue recognising individuals and groups worthy of recognition and they should continue to ensure the youths continue to be of good example worthy of these types of recognition.
IWA as he is popularly called dedicates the award to all youths out there striving and working hard for the progress and peace of Nigerian, Ogun State, and Abeokuta South Local Government. He also implored the youths to be good ambassadors of the nation wherever they find themselves and assuring them that with hardwork, dedication and God on their side, they will succeed.
