Abia completely shutdown for IPOB's sit-at-home

Aba and other parts of Abia State was was completely shutdown, as the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) sit-at-home directive on Monday brought economic and vehicle movements to a halt in the southeast and parts of the south-south.
