Reps Member, Lanre Edun Commisions Two Landmark Projects In Abeokuta South

ABEOKUTA — A member of the National Assembly Federal House of Representatives, representing Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, Hon. Lanre Oladapo  Edun has commissioned a road in Oluwo Surulere 1 CDA, Abeokuta South on Wednesday 2nd of June 2,2021.

Hon Lanre Edun on this same day commissioned a 33kv transformer which was installed in the same street for the community.

The dignitaries present  are, Chief Olu Odeyemi, Alhaji Abidoye Amosun, Alhaji chief Lemboye, Alahaji Tokunbo Razaq, Chief Alani Ahmed, Alhaji Adejojo, Alhaji Amodemaja, Mr Nurudeen Oyeneye, Mr  Emmanuel Olorode, Alhaji Ismaila Odejimi,  Mr Olalekan Salako, Alhaji Fatai Adedamola.

Also, Chief Mrs Kemi Oloyede, the Iyaloja of England, chief Mrs Funmilayo Ayorinde, the Otun Iyaloja of England, Chief Mrs Modupe Labode, seriki of England and chief Mrs Tayo Adebowale Bamidele, bada iyaloja of Egbaland.

According to the reps member, the commissioning of the projects is part of his promises he made to his constituents during the campaign.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Community Development Association, CDA, Alhaji Rafiu Oladotun Odunaye appreciated Hon. Edun for the landmarks projects, while he described him as a miracle worker politician, saying that what they thought was impossible to achieve in many years to come was made possible by Lanre Edun within a short period of time.

He said Lanre Edun has proved to them that he is a politician that can always be trusted.

The chairman said, "if a politician can make possible a project which he didn't not make a promise to provide, when elected is that not sufficient for us to know that he makes a promise, he would fulfill that promise, without doubt hon. Edun has proved to us that he is a politician that can always be trusted.

"While we continue with our prayers for him, I want to urge everyone of us to be determined to support his political career by ensuring that we register and pay him back with our votes in future elections." He concluded

Also, A Political leader under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Abidoye Amosun also commended Edun for the projects, saying that the people will benefit a lot from the projects
