Ayinla Omowura, who hailed from Abeokuta, was a music revolutionary whose music ruled majorly in Western Nigeria, back in the 70s.

The movie tells the story of the musician, Ayinla Omowura also called Eegumogaji, who used Apala music to address issues of the contemporary society - commending and criticising various governments and individual acts.

The super talented actor Lateef Adedimeji will be bringing Ayinla to life on the big screen this June 18th.
