ESTG University Drums Support For Taufiq ISa, Doles Out 100 Scholarship For Kogi West

ESTG University, known as Ecole Supierieure Technologie et De Gestion has supported the political ambition of Hon. Dr Taufiq ISa, Populary called (Jagaban) an alumnus of institution as he emerges the Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressive Congress in Ijimu Local Government Chairman of kogi west.

Hon. Dr Taufiq Isa was a graduate of ESTG university, one of the ranked best private universities in the Republic of Benin.

During a courtesy visit to Isa in Kogi State led by the school's registrar, Hon Igbalaye Ayodele Wasiu, the institution is in a joyful mood haven heard the announcement that a former student will be contesting for a political office, and as a private university who has the love of our students at heart, we have come to support, encourage and wish him the best of luck 

Igbalaye pointed that the school management have decided to support him by giving scholarship to 100 Students in his constituency, posters for his campaign, bags for Students and other valuable items to enhance his campaign.

He stressed that the reason is to encourage more of their Students and youth out there who are doing well in all ramification to come out and represent their constituency across the country, noting that the youths are the leaders of today and not tomorrow as we formally say.

Honorable Dr Taufiq Isa, who was a caretaker chairman in the local government for three years has expressed his gratitude to ESTG for the surprise visit, also for their support towards his aspiration. 

"I am saying a big thank you to the founder of the school and all the representatives that are present here today, most expecially Honorable Igbalaye Ayodele Wasiu. I promise not to take this honor for granted", Isa added.

INEC has fixed December 12, 2020 for the forthcoming Local Government Election in the State.
