At least 47 cows killed as train derails in Osogbo

At least 47 cows were reportedly killed after a train derailed in Osogbo, Osun State, on Wednesday, November 24,2020.

According to The Nation, the train was heading to Kwara when the incident happened at about 3:09pm around Power Line Area in Osogbo.

An eyewitness said the last coach of the train carrying stones detached and derailed from the track and killed the cows.
