350 Secondary School Students Benefit From Tunde Diya Education Support Program In Ogun

Abeokuta - For his love for education, Dr. Baba-tunde Diya has continued his intervention in the education system. Through his Yellow Initiative Programmes, he has successfully assisted SS2 & SSS 3 pupils in their preparations for both WAEC and NECO exams.

Dr. Diya has successfully engaged over 150 students in the just concluded WAEC examination, while he is presently engaging over 200 students in extra coaching in key subjects such as Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Government, Economics, Computer Science and several other subjects.

For this purpose, The Yellow Initiative employed competent tutors and instructors to teach the students. 

To further encourage the students who are drawn from various locations within the Odogbolu local government, Dr. Tunde Diya has made a pledge to students who joined the Education Programme under "The Yellow Initiative." The primary motive of this is to make Odogbolu local government the leading LG in academic performance.

To this end, three categories of winners shall emerge and be extended a token amount  so as to encourage others. 

#First Category:

A student with 5 distinctions (including English and Maths) will be  given Free JAMB forms and scholarship to any Government University or College of Education in Ogun State. 

#Second Category:

3 Distinctions and 3 credit (including English and Maths) will be given a sum of N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) only and free JAMB form.

#Third Category:

2 Distinctions and  4 credits will receive a sum of N5,000 Only.

To the glory of God, TYI will ensure continuation of this gesture all academic year round, so as to motivate and encourage our younger generations.
