Giwa Egbe Obayori Okunrin Akile Ijebu "Kuye", Giwa Alhaji Suraju Lasisi has felicitated with Alaiyeluwa Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona, Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, Members and the Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of 2020 Eid-El-Kabir celebration.

Giwa Azury has fondly calls, in a message release to the press by the Publicity Secretary of the Egbe, Comrade Akeem Temitope Akilo, felicitated with Kabiesi, Alaiyeluwa Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona, Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebuland, prayed for long life in sound health for the monarch. He said, may God Almighty, the Creator of all, bless Kabiesi and his family with good health, protection and give Orisa Ijebu more strength to lead his people for more prosperous years.

Giwa also congratulated the entire members of Egbe Obayori Okunrin Akile Ijebu (Kuye) and the Muslim faithfuls. He calls for celebration and prayer for the country to overcome the global novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Giwa Azury, who also decribed the Eid-el-Kabir festivity as a lesson in obedience to Allah's command had proved by Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) of his devotion to Allah, described as remembering of Ibrahim's loyalty and obedience to Allah above all others. And because of Ibrahim’s actions, Eid-el-Adha is also known as the Festival of Sacrifice.

While conveying this reflective pleasure to everyone, I urge all members of Egbe Obayori Okunrin Akile Ijebu (Kuye) to keep going the prevailing peaceful coexistence, social harmony, friendly understanding, civility, mutual recognition and sacrifice within ourselves as exemplified by the Holy Prophet Mohammed. 

Giwa Suraju further urged his members and Nigerians to continue to obey the COVID-19 pandemic protocols so as to stop the spread of the deadly virus.

However, Giwa Alhaji Suraju Lasisi has pronounced the approval of the
Giwa-In-Council, the appointment of new chiefs. The following people and their respective offices were has follows:

(1) Yori Adewale Francis Adeoye-- "Aare Egbe"

(2) Yori Kazeem Alakija -- "Otun-Balogun Egbe".

(3) Yori Kabiru Olatunde Salami -- "Asoju-Giwa Egbe" In America.

PROFILE OF THE NEW CHIEFS!

(1) Aare Adewale Francis Adeoye.
He was born on 4th August, 1978 into the family of Adeoye-Are of Awa-Ijebu in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun state. 

★He attended St. Williams Primary School, Oke-Ado, Ibadan, where he obtained First School Leaving Certificate. 

★He was admitted into St. Theresa Seminary Oke-Are, Ibadan, 

★And later proceeded to the Prestigious Wesley Junior College of Science, Ibadan where he obtained his Secondary Scool Certificate.

★Aare Adewale Francis Adeoye gained admission into The Nigerian Premier University, The University of Ibadan (UI), where he studied Engineering, and graduated with First Class Grade Point.

A philosopher, Edmond Mbiaka has once said and I quote, "The quest for knowledge never ends; it just leads to more curiosities that lead to a greater mind". This has been the inspirational philosophy of Aare Adewale's quest for knowledge. This led him to;
★Robert Gordon University, UK and Texas A&M University USA for Post Graduate studies, where he bagged M.Sc and MBA. 

Over the years, he has been trained in Nigeria and around the world on various aspects of Leadership,
WorkPlace Conflict Management and occupational health and safety 
(OHS).

Aare Adewale is a member of the following organizationans;
★A Senate Member of The Junior Chambers International -- JCI,

★A Paul Harris Fellow of The Rotary International.

★Aare Adewale Francis Adeoye is known to be a great lover of sport. He is a lover of outdoors games such as, Volleyball, Gulf and Swimming. He is deeply compassionate fans of Formula-1 Race.

A family man, lover of mankind, sociable, easygoing, courteous, compassionate and kind-hearted personality. Aare Adewale Francis Adeoye is widely travelled man who has visited several countries in Africa, the Middle East, the Americans, Europe and Asia. He is a christian by religion, happily married and blessed with children. 


(2) Yori Kazeem Alakija -- "Otun-Balogun Egbe".
★Otun-Balogun Kazeem Alakija was born on 30th Sept, 1978 to the family of Late Alhaji Abdul Rasak Adebayo Alakija From Akogba Family of Italapo, Ijebu Ode, and Late Alhaja Risikat folashade Alakija (Nee Shodipo) from Idepo, Ijebu Ode.

★Otun-Balogun Kazeem attended "Our Saviour Anglican Primary School", Italowajoda, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. 

★He was admitted into "The Apostolic Church Grammar School", Ketu, Lagos State where he obtained Secondary School Certificate.

★He proceeded to "Olabisi Onabanjo University", Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, where he obtained Diploma in Data Processing (DDP).

★Otun-Balogun Kazeem Alakija later re-enrolled into Lagos State Polytechnic where he  bagged Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Studies and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration.

★He has worked with Nigerian Bottling Company, Agidingbi, Ikeja; and, presently, he is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sultram Cargo, a Freight Forwarding and a Clearing and Forwarding Company in Apapa, Lagos State.

★Otun-Balogun Kazeem Alakija is A Member of Council for Regulation of Freight Forwarders of Nigeria (CRFFN),

★Member, Association of Nigerian License Custom Agents (ANCLA).

He has visited Germany, UK, Italy and USA for business purposes. He is a Muslim by religion, happily married with children.


(3) Yori Kabiru Olatunde Salami --- "Asoju-Giwa Egbe" In America
Asoju-Giwa Kabiru Olatunde Salami was born on 15th November, 1979 by Pa Tajudeen Salami of Iyanro, Ijebu Ode and her Mother, Mama Taibat Salami from Egbaland. Both parents are of Ogun State.

Asoju-Giwa Kabiru Olatunde Salami attended Adeniyi Primary school Ilasamaja, Lagos state between 1985 -- 1990, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate.

He proceeded to Community Secondary school, Work Yard, Mushin, Lagos state where he obtained his Secondary School Certificate.

 After his Secondary education in Nigeria, Asoju-Giwa Kabiru Olatunde Salami left Nigeria and traveled abroad to seek his fortune. He went on to further his education abroad, and gained admission into University of Maryland University College USA where he bagged Bachelor's degree.

While studying for a degree in business administration, Kabiru Salami worked as part time with a company.

After his University education, he started his own business. He is the  
CEO of SALAYOT INTERNATIONAL AND GENERAL SERVICES .

Asoju-Giwa Kabiru Olatunde Salami has visited London and Germany. He is a Muslim by religion. He is happily married with children.
