JUST IN: COURT SENTENCE ORJI UZOR KALU TO 12 YEARS IMPRISONMENT OVER FRAUD
Former Governor of Abia and serving Senator of Abia State Orji Uzor Kalu has just been sentence to 12years imprisonment by Lagos High Court Judge over N7.1B fraud.
Charges against him are Money Laundering and use of state resources for Personal use and gains.
The court also order all his companies linked to the charges to be forfeited to Federal Government.
Sentence along side with him is his commissioner of Finance during his tenure in government as the Governor of Abia State
