Man cries out as LASTMA official jumped in his car and started dragging steering with him (video)

A Nigerian living in Lagos has filmed his experience with the LASTMA officials for the world to see.

The man who was apparently inside his car as the officer entered and started dragging the steering with him.

The man who was identified as Victor, made a quick video recording of the act and equally narrated how the official nearly caused an accident while dragging the steering, his phone and the car key while the car was on motion.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) officials are positioned to transform the state transport system to ensure free flow of traffic in the state and also reduce road accidents.

The offence of Victor is unknown as the officer insisted in forcefully take over the control of his vehicle.
