Saudi Arabia is one country that placed restriction on women traveling independently. However, this restriction has ceased to be because a law was passed recently that makes it legal for women to travel without the permission of a male guardian.

This has been regarded as the most significant change in Saudi Arabia’s guardianship system. A new law has been passed into motion and has been approved, allowing women to travel independently as well as giving them the right to obtain a passport.
