Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has revealed that he wants their arch-rivals, Liverpool, to lose in the UEFA Champions League final against Tottenham Hotspur as he tipped Chelsea to win the Europa League final.
For the second time in the Champions League era, two English clubs will square it off in the finals after Manchester United and Chelsea did so back in 2008. Both sides staged improbable comebacks in the semifinals as they came back from three goals down against Ajax and Barcelona. Arsenal face Chelsea in another all English final in the Europa League on Wednesday 29th May.
In an interview with TalkSport, Rashford revealed who he would love to see win the Champions League between Spurs and Liverpool, "I hope Tottenham win but both teams have done remarkably well, so whichever team wins it they deserve it." Rashford also gave his prediction for Wednesday's Europa League final which is also an all-Premier League affair, between Chelsea and Arsenal in Baku, "I'm going to go Chelsea, just [Eden] Hazard. He can do anything at any moment."
