The Ogun State election petition tribunal sitting in Abeokuta has dismissed the applications of Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, All Progressive Congress APC to stop Labour Party for stay of proceedings from inspecting electoral materials used in the March 9th governorship election in Ogun State.
The application was dismissed based on lack of merits.
