Lere Olayinka, the Ekiti State Governor's Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, has taken to his social media page to share a video which shows Governor Ayodele Fayose carrying a lady who collapsed after her shop was raided by Thugs.
It was gathered that the outspoken politician who was in the area at the time of the incident, noticed a woman crying profusely and then faints, shortly after. He speedily rushed to the scene and lifted the woman into a waiting bus.
The governor was praised by residents for the kind gesture.
Olayinka who posted the video online, wrote; "Here is Gov Fayose personally carrying a lady, who collapsed after her shop was invaded by hoodlums and goods destroyed.
"The lady was rushed into a bus to take her to the hospital. The lady was revived at the hospital and she is better now."
