I have no power over the increment of Electricity Tarrif, l only expressed my opinion. Nobody says tarrif cannot decrease. Go and read the law. Even NERC doesn't have such power, they can only regulate whatever DISCOs presents and it's subjected to a process prescribed by law. The Power Sector have been privatised but NERC only regulates.
