The Delta State Library in Ozoro Community in Isoko North Local Government Area is in a deplorable state.
Images exclusively gotten by DAILY POST show an abandoned structure.
The structure situated at Ekwerigbe Primary School along NDC road, Ozoro has been neglected for the past four years with dilapidated roofs, furniture and torn books and needs some stocking as well as furniture.
The library was recently handed over to the Ministry of Higher Education to the Delta State Library Board.
