President Bola Tinubu has extended heartfelt congratulations to three Nigerian students—Nafisa Abdullahi Aminu, Rukayya Muhammad Fema, and Hadiza Kashim Kalli—for their exceptional achievements at the 2025 TeenEagle Global competition in London, United Kingdom.

In a statement released on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, by his Special Adviser on Media, Bayo Onanuga, the president praised the students for their dedication and urged them to continue excelling in their academic pursuits.

The statement highlighted the trio’s remarkable feats: 17-year-old Nafisa was named the overall best in English language communication skills, 15-year-old Rukayya emerged as the top debater, and Hadiza secured the outstanding talent award with a gold medal.

“President Tinubu commends these exceptional young Nigerians for their achievements, affirming that the nation’s future is bright with its youth as repositories of excellence,” the statement read.

Tinubu also lauded the educational institutions and state systems that nurtured these talents, noting that their success reflects the potential of Nigeria’s education sector to produce world-class minds.

He reiterated his administration’s commitment to education as a cornerstone of national development, citing initiatives like the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to remove financial barriers for indigent students seeking higher education.

The president encouraged Nafisa, Rukayya, and Hadiza to remain focused on their studies and wished them continued success in their future endeavors. For more details, visit Channels TV.
