It's another good news as The Gem International School came first at the 3rd edition of ICAN CATCH-THEM-YOUNG for future Accountants Competition Organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN Ilaro and District Society.
THE GEM on of the pet project of Honourable Akinlade Abiodun Isiaq is a Group of schools from Creche to Senior class. This school is one that can be referred to as "O po ju owo e lo" in terms of infrastructure, conducive environment and quality of teachings.
The winners of this competition has won for themselves, Scholarships to study Accounting in any public tertiary institution of their choice within the country. This is to be followed by bursary awards from the Promoter of the school.
Anyone who has visited this school will understand the passion for education and love for his community that informed establishment of such "Standard School" in that remote area. But that's what passion for things you love to do is capable of doing.
