This morning was like a movie as many passengers where seen stranded in the streets of Lagos.
Following the developing news that The Lagos State Government has ordered that the tricycle and okada should evacuate the major roads in the state.
While walking around Herbert Macaulay way today i discovered there are few or no tricycle known as keke napep in the area many passengers where seen on every bus stop waiting for means to get to there destination.
