For decades now, the Saraki political home called “ile arugbo” as the name implies has been a place where food and gift items have been given to old . However, the Governor AbdulRahman has recently revoked Saraki's ownership as it was noted that the house was illegally occupied and owned.
This caused a heated argument between the kwara state government and the former Senate President Bukola Saraki as the house on the property was demolished by the government. Saraki claimed this is a move against his father and family.
