I’ll Always Be A Good Representative Of My People’- Ganiyu Oyedeji

The member of house of assembly, Hon Ganiyu Alani Oyedeji representing Ifo II State Constituency, Ogun Central has assured his constituency of more bills to be sponsored, massive empowerment for the youths, aged and widows in his second term tenure.

He said this while meeting with Amebo Online Newspaper reporter in Abeokuta today.

Oyedeji contested under Allied People's Movement APM shortly after he was denied of his second term ticket in All Progressive Congress APC, he won the re-election after getting massive votes from his people.

Currently, He is the minority leader of the ninth assembly in Ogun state with eleven members under his leadership, comprising of six Allied Peoples Movement APM, four African Democratic Party ADC and One People's Democratic Party PDP members respectively.

During the eight assembly, He was the Chairman house Commitee on Youth, Sport, and Employment Generation and Vice Chairman house Commitee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, presently he heads house Committee on Agriculture and Forestry, Member of Committee on Finance and Appropriation as well as Cooperative and Community Development.

In recognition of his valuable contributions to the socio-economic and political transformation of Agbado town and its environs, Hon Ganiyu Alani Oyedeji was conferred with a prestigious traditional title of “ATAIYESE OF AGBADOLAND”. He is also the Aare Adinni of Agbado Land, he has received many awards from public and private bodies.

He assured the people of Ifo II constituency of more bills that will be of great advantage to their well-being, he also said toilets will soon be commissioned in some primary schools in the constituency.

Also, he said adoption of state police will put an end to the insecurities issues facing Nigeria.

"If state policing is adopted by the federal government of Nigeria, then we can be able to arrest the perpetrators of evil without any stress.said Oyedeji."

He advised the youths in Ogun State and Nigeria to be skillful in their various ways of life to help their future, instead of engaging in internet fraud activities.
