I am not a prophet of doom but a mere realist.There is no gainsaying to affirmed the fact that SW region truly remain the most developed in whatever ramifications and as far as this nation is concern.Kudos to the foresights of our early rulers led by Late Obafemi Awolowo,Sir Ladoke Akintola,Late Oba Adesoji Aderemi and few others in the most recent who followed their footsteps.Our kingdom is definitely a proud nation.
However, the recent impending calamities that reared its ugly heads called for serious concerns.I do not need to re echo the unfortunate and untoward action of this mayhem being caused daily by all this hoodlums in the name of catle rearing.
The heardsmen, Kidnappers or what is it call that is now a serious nightmares that must be seen more like an epidemic that urgently require every seriousness and as an emergency as it deserves.We certainly can not forgets in hurry how like a flash, one of of our great living legend who had served this nation meritoriously was kidnapped like chicken in his farm. It was mere God's intervention that safe the life of Chief Olu Falae from the gripping hands of this new clever enemies in our society.
Also unnoticed in our environment in the recent are thousands of foreigners parading themselves as okada riders in our communities.This set of people seems to have maps of Victoria
Islands,Ikoyi,Ikeja, Ojodu and Ogba more than many of us and our people are now being dislodged in the bussiness of Okada rider by this mediocre who trooped in daily to Lagos and place like Ile Ife in osun state owing to the stoppage of age long gold minning bussiness in their licalties.
For us to think they are smarter and good in the bussiness if minning, farming, menial labourers job or helping the society is for us to be ignorance of the danger ahead or the impending havoc and other shaddy things they plan to do in the nearest future. They are not just here as mere Nigeria, for survival and modestly but I can bet it they are simply positioning themselves for something terrible.Just a matter of time!. We must therefore becareful, be cautious and be wary of how we relate with this people and to prepare ourselves for any likely eventuality. To ignore this warning is to accept our faith and daily go to bed with kegs of gun powder on our roofs which to my mind and without exaggeration shall soon caused us the pains and the agonies we do not deserve in Yoruba land.
The time to act is now,we have been so enveloped and connered in such a systematic way with secret intention of this people to tell us how mighty they are in the nearest future...
