The Nigerian Police Force, FSARS has rescued a 12 years boy named Segun Kazim at Obada Oko axis of the state.
According to confession of the grandmother to the police, the lad had been chained for over 2 months by his grandmother for disturbing the peace of the community. The information that led to the arrest of the culprit was supplied by the National Association of Nigerian Students NANS Public Relations Officer, Okereafor Bestman Dbest who lead the policemen to the scene of the incident.
