For being absolutely understanding (which is rare),
He is a Leader who drives you to excel and unleash the best in you... Tuale Sir!
That height of hitting a deadline under a stringent timetable,
And the joy of accomplishing a task that you never knew you could pull off so well;
All thanks to the boss who could see beyond the obvious and push you towards excellence,
Thank you for holding on to the show so well sir!
No bonus with more immediate and lasting worth,
Is better than just you leading the Team sir;
On you the mantle settles like a cloak designed to shelter lots of little folk,
Bearing them along in its emotion- yet freely we receive more than we give!
