Nigerian Twin Singer, Taiwo Lijadu Is Dead!

Taiwo, the twin sister of Kehinde of the Lijadu Sisters fame, dies in New York, the United States of America (USA), on Saturday morning, aged 71.
The news of her death was broken by her twin sister, Kehinde. They both were cousins of the late afrobeat icon, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti and ruled the Nigerian music scene from the mid-1960s to the early 1980s.
Taiwo has been battling with stroke and died at the age of 72 years.

Some of their studio albums include Horizon Unlimited’, ‘Danger’, ‘Africa’ and ‘Sunshine’.
